Do you offer a Day Of Coordination package?
We offer a unique approach: we don’t offer a “day of coordination” package. But instead, we include event production and vendor coordination in our Planning packages. Why? Because we believe event production includes so much more than just having a coordinator present on your wedding day. Instead, we build a foundation for your wedding through vendor sourcing and research, vendor communication, timeline creation, contract review, and so much more. We strive for a collaborative approach with vendors and work with them to make sure every detail is handled the weeks and months leading up to the wedding.
Do you have a minimum budget that you work with?
We don't require a minimum budget, but work best with budgets starting at $35,000. Most of our couples invest $5,000 or more in the florals and design details of their event. This allows us to create the unique and custom details that our events are known for. If those numbers seem scary to you, send us an email and we can chat more to find out if we're the right fit for you. If we're not, we know some amazing planners or designers we could refer you to.
Why do your prices say "starting at"?
Every single wedding is different and our packages will reflect that. Depending upon your guest count, design plan, and venue set up requirements, your wedding may require extra assistants or additional hours. Any additional charge on your package is going directly to making your day run smoothly. As we work through your wedding, we'll discuss options and you'll get to choose what works best for you and your day.
I really want my wedding to be ________ style. I don't see anything similar on your website, can you create this for me?
Absolutely! We LOVE to work with unique and special styles. Our goal is to create a wedding day that tells your individual love story. Let us incorporate your personalities, style, and traditions. Through the design package, we'll sit down and talk about your ideas and I'll use my creativity and design background to make them into reality.
Do you offer decor and linen rental?
I have a growing decor inventory and I work with a linen company to source linens in-house for you. If you're looking for specialty decor, we have an amazing team that can design and build almost anything from tables to arches to installations. If we don't have something in our inventory that you like, we work with some wonderful local and national rental companies that we can source details from.
How much should I budget for floral design?
Because we strive to keep our studio small and we specialize in boutique style wedding floral design, we aren't able to take on events with budgets below $2000. Most of our couples usually invest $5000 or more in florals and decor. The images you'll see throughout our website and in our portfolio include high end blooms, high stem counts, and specialty touches such as silk ribbon. We love working with couples who prioritize florals and decor when planning their budget.
How do I know if you're the right florist for me?
Our style is a little bit classic, a little bit wild, and 100% unique. We want your wedding to be filled with gorgeous blooms that you'll love remembering for years to come. We strive to create different arragements and bouquets for each of our events. Even if two couples share the same season and color palette, we'll use different blooms and different shapes to make sure both weddings look completely different from one another. We put a twist on traditional and specialize in garden style, loose and flowy arragements. We offer a contemporary take on a classic style and will work to tweak our style so it fits perfectly with yours. When you're looking for a wedding florist, choose someone based on their style and portfolio. We know we're not the right fit for every couple, but if we're right for you, we'll do everything we can to design florals perfect for your wedding day.
How much does the average bouquet cost?
The price of a bouquet is going to depend upon the size you want, the shape, and the type of flowers. We would suggest budgeting at least $200 for your bridal bouquet. Do you offer your floral design outside of Omaha?
We do! We love to travel to you for your big day whether that's outside of Omaha or outside of Nebraska. Send me an email and let's chat!
Do you include vase rental in your floral quotes?
We include clear glass cylinder vases for you to borrow free of charge for your arrangements and bouquets. If you want to upgrade to specialty vases or containers there is an additional rental fee that we include in your floral quote. We have everything from small to large, ranging from gold to silver to pops of color available and we'll work with you to match your containers to your event style.
Do you offer floral delivery?
We do! If you are working with us for wedding planning or design, there is no additional standard delivery fee. Drop off delivery for the florals starts at $50. If you'd like us to set up the centerpieces and hand out the personal flowers, there is an additional $100 fee. Additional pricing is added for any large scale items, rentals, or installations and will be communicated with you during the initial quote.
What do you do with the flowers after the event?
The flowers are yours! You are welcome to do whatever you would like with them! If you're borrowing or renting our vases, we just need those returned by the following Wednesday. If for some reason you don't want to keep the flowers after your event, let us know and we're happy to donate them to a hospital or nursing home for you!
Why is your quote higher or lower than another florist?
Every florist quotes differently. My design is going to be unique to me while another florist is going to have a different unique design. Even if you show everyone the same inspiration image, you're going to get completely different quotes based on the type and number of flowers used. If I quote a bouquet based on peonies, garden roses, and ranunculus, my quote could be twice as much as a florist quoting you using standard roses, spray roses, and carnations. I could also be basing my bouquet on a 15 inch diameter and they could be basing theirs on a 9 inch diameter. It's so hard to compare prices when it comes to flowers. I know that staying within your budget is so important, but I encourage you to choose a florist based upon their style, portfolio, and their understanding of your vision. Ask questions and make sure you know what you're getting so the only surprise on your wedding day is that your bouquet is even more beautiful than you imagined!
